    customer is not always right. Take this example, when I was with Sony, there was a customer in Ozamis complaining that why his 181-cable ready TV won't show all the 181 channels, only 26 channels can be shown. We reached DTI and the complaint was dismissed because the complaint was irrelevant. The 181 cable ready TV is dependent on the cable provider, if the cable TV provides only 16 channels then the TV will only show 16 channels. Hehehehe what a customer. So Cusomers are NOT always right.

    Customers are NOT always right....but they SHOULD be treated RIGHTLY...ako i'm a very good customer, if im not treated rightly, i just smile, walk away & never comeback...i do spread the word about it...

    si comcam kay nag work mana sa comcampany iya department kay comcamtionary iya product is his services comcamization and i can attest to that, i am a fully satisfied comcamized costumer
