Well I hope you change your spiel: "There's no application, processing or membership fee associated with this card....." Because I raised that concern before to change the information on the website your are giving to the customers especially if they are in doubt about your company or not yet interested, it states......

This line in the terms and conditions of the website contradicts your spiel mentioned above. So please request the one in-charge in updating your website to fix this or else it will fall like you are MISLEADING your customers..
Well, anyway if there is no case filed by your customers to Attorney General in their state then your safe. So if you change your spiel or update the website then that's good... Or else, you're misleading customers... No offense to you guys that are still connected to Global and the CCF account.
