There won't be a perfect emulator for the PS2, because of the following reasons; 1.) Developers who make emulators are doing this in their free time and are not even getting paid to do it. 2.) Worse, some of these emulators are under attack by Sony, Nintendo, and even Sega, since it infringes on their copyrights/patents/etc...
