yes, the free to play game with good graphics is opening a Southeast Asian server. It will be hosted by AsiaSoft, a game publisher in SG and MY.
however, it is not yet sure whether they will allow Filipino Players to enter the server. Other players are mostly commenting that Pinoy players are mostly hackers and cheaters, but there are also some in favor of opening the server to the Philippines. Whatever the outcome, we'll just wait.
