Ryan, I would reeealy want a DFI mobo based on the ULi M1695 chipset. Once that comes out, please include me in the waiting list. I would jump out and buy one right now if there was one.. although the ASrock board has had good reviews.

Since you want ULI why not go for the Asrock? Reviews are pretty good and in overclocking its in the same league as DFI's Highest motherboard 
YOu can spend the rest of you budget on some other thing like a 7800gt Video Card
