duh ika 6 nako nitawag sa ilang customer service.
dugay mkaconnect malobatt nalang, kung manawag ka cust.service pagfull charge kay madrain jud ang batt sa kahuwat.
nag unli call ko kanang 24hrs.di man mogana mao nitawag ko nila. niingon man nuon ang agent nga guba ilang database mao di nila mkita ako account. 24hrs daw maayo. nikatawa jud ko, "My unlicall will expire 22hrs from now,, blah blah I;ve been trying to call almost everybody..,. what if there's an emergency? Do you suggest not to purchase your sim?" I was explaining to her that their services and some features are useless. If its a promo then it should worked as what they have told us.
Unli call but cant call?lol

The agent then said "Use 2 phones. Buy another sim from another network."
Hala, "so you agree with me that you have pathetic services? Im not rich so I will not buy a new one. I will just throw my sun sim and replace it with another network."

Haha parang di trained yung agents nila.. try to ask them questions and some issues with your phone. sobrang tagal nila makasagot and funny yung answers nila. =) yun lang, now I know why cheap yung load and other services nila.. di ka makakatipid, mafufrustrate ka lang. =)
