working in a callcenter is not easy as everyone thinks. people usually think that "nag trabaho nalang ug call center kay dli tingali graduate". but for you to be able to last long in the call center industry you must not only be smart but also witty. you should also have a great amount of stamina physically and mentally. also its not about being able to speak english, but rather how fluent you are and how good your accent is. then there is the issue on whether you will be in an outbound or inbound type of LOB. the two has a very different issues in terms of stats or matrix that you must pass. if we mention stress? it goes to work with the agents everyday, it doesnt call in sick. so even if an agent is just sitting there in an airconditioned room just talking over the phone at the end of the day the exhaustion is really draining. thats why most agents spend a huge chunk of their salary on outings and vacations. this is where getting a high salary would come in handy. let me just impart this though for those who are working as a call center agent or associate or what ever the company calls it. and thinking of transferring for what ever reason, think again. every center has its issues and problems. so unless you are offered a higher position and a significantly higher basic salary remember dont be tempted on a very high incentive coz the company can actually change or even remove that whenever they like, so its best that you value first your tenureship...

at first so stressful ky nag-adjust pa sa shift pero ka dugayan ok na kaau ang work. you'll get used to it. paanaray lang. natural lang na mo pressure ang TLs/SUPs coz its their job pero just do your part and hit your stats. coz your stats ky ila man stats. just enjoy what your doin anyways high salary bitaw, so ok lang...
