Jejomar Binay for President -- What do you think?

Ha!!! Presidential Candidate!!! His party is going desperate.

Maybe he has a wee bit chance if he runs for Vice President.

If Thomas will run, I'd rather vote for him.


About Binay:

Binay has been given credibility for what is now Makati. But, before he "grab" the power in Makati in 1986 with the help of Pres.Aquino from The Yabuts (former mayor), Makati was then a wealthy and well established business municipalities at that time.

In short, Binay is very lucky because he have a City with very huge treasure/money to spend for services and projects. His problem then and until now is how to spend that Monies.

But despite of huge money, still he wasn't able to deliver the best services and projects for his constituent and especially to the people who really gave contributions to the economy of Makati, the Businessmen and their employees.

This shows, that he is indeed a "lucky" mayor but not a "good" one.

1. Las Pinas City is the first city in the Philippines that provides excellent services to their tax payers by giving them bank-like-services and hotel-like-accommodations. While Makati tax payers at that time still suffering from incompetent service of his employees(plus infested with fixers) and hot & jurassic Makati Cityhall then.
Remember, Las Pinas City is not that wealthy at that time (around 20% of makati's wealth).

2. Binay is the Former MMDA Chairman, But he does nothing with the development of Metro Manila. He was lazy in developing Metro Manila. His reason: No enough resources and budget to carry out his little projects. He didn't tried to work out what Bayani does today, despite of financial difficulties.
It shows, that Binay has lack of ability or knowledge on how to manage with "minimum resources, maximum result".
In short, Binay can't do nothing, if there is no huge money to spend with.

3. Makati Become a Political Zone. Actually, many of businessmen and people who works in Makati are very angry to what Binay did to his city. It become a rally zone or a center for anti-government rally. What he did were form of economic sabotage not only to businessmen but as well to the workers. During those rallies business operation stopped, heavy traffic that cause delayed to business delivery and left with more negative effects to economy and workers. That's why many businessmen and workers in Makati are trying to find a way, for them to be able to vote for makati. So, they can vote out against Binay dynasty.

4. We have information that he is a member of a "Kilusan" which is connected to Communist Party of the Philippines. It think is something like "Lawyers group" that support the said Terrorist/Communist Party.

That was the reason why Makati become a rally zone for Communist Activist.

5. He keeps on destroying Bayani Fernando, the current chairman of MMDA because he is a threat to him not only for political reason but because of Fernando's achievements which make him(binay) small or nobody.
Remember, Fernando did the impossible possible. He makes a poor municipality reach, He make below-the-sea municipality into non flooded area for more than decade. He developed Metro Manila with unthinkable projects despite opposition from binay's goons and affected selfish businessmen.

6. He is trying to buy Cebuano votes by giving financial aids to Cebu Provincial Government. An aids that he never did before to Cebu before his presidential dream.

On that thought, then let's have lucio tan for VP then we can have all the pinoy billionaires (the Gokongweis, the Sys, the Cojuangcos) run for the senate etc. what have they got to steal, they're filthy rich already? Besides, they own 80 percent of the country's wealth anyway.

Correct. Erap's minions might be resurrected if ever Binay is given the chance to become President of this country. The danger of having the Erap cronies and corruption to be at its highest level is very apparent with Binay as President. He is the favorite of Erap among his men in the opposition. But we'll see if he has the chances because he has other opponents within the opposition.
