dual core is...the speed is double...while the core2 duo,it is a dual core that was doubled......i just think so...from my introspection.....hehehe....

dual core and core2duo both have two cores in one chip the only difference between them is their architecture and technology.
just look at it this way.. to put it plain and simple.. dual core < core2duo
