^^then again, we will never know what's going on behind that thick skull of theirs... hhhmmm... news last night even stated that one of the senators squealed that Erap Estrada was behind Villar's resign. anybody could name a handful possibilities. that's why opinions around here are respected right?

perhaps all of these is just one sick propaganda, murag moro-moro sa senate.

That is basically the reason why we should think twice before believing what we hear and see in media. They are after all humans and have their biases no matter how they insist that they are neutral. Many of the anti-government istoryans here based most of their arguments in assumptions gathered from the media. Most of the time it will end-up wrong and hastily conceived.

You're right, what has happen is another propaganda after all politics is a mind game. We will see, the ends justifies the means anyway.

I don't think the Bolante issue has something to do with this. For one, Bolante has already cleared the president. Based from the headlines I've read after the Senate hearing, Bolante distinctly assures the public that the funds mentioned in the controversy were never approved specially by the president, since it is a part of the reenacted budget in 2004.

More so, the senators now forming the majority bloc and who voted against Villar have already shown their interest to be a rival of Villar in 2010 namely, Lacson, Legarda, and Roxas. It's a matter of political strategy for them. Otherwise, it will be a lot harder to fight against Villar if he still holds such power.

What we are seeing is a bunch of political propaganda proliferating every now and then.

^^^ Frank Drilon who is one of the current critiques of the President also doubts the Palace has something to do with it. Ug imo gud tan-awon ron kahimtang sa mga opposition mora ug mga wild animals ba sa lasang sa Africa nga dunay target who to go for a kill magka unite sila pero ug naa na ang kill, sila na sad ang mag patay kay puro man ako ni, ako ni, ako ni ha wa moy labut.
Ug nakanta pa na sa Beatles, I Me Mine, I Me Mine, I Me Mine. Tan-aw ko wa gihapoy ma presidente ini nila.

This is what happens to a supposed noble man whose grass roots were really dirt poor. after rising through the ranks and working hard, and I suppose getting to know the right connections, he was able to become what he is today. But sadly, his story has become sour and stale, no longer smelling of the sweet sweet fragrance of hard work, determination, and honesty.
