Question about pug

right now im scouting for a female pug.

there is this one female pug being offered to me for a very good price.

one thing that concerns me though is her age... she is 3years old already.

i was told by the owner that she gave birth once under his custody.. unfortunately the lone pup died kay wala nabantayi pag give birth.

btw, he also bought the pug as an adult last year... with papers.

my question now is :

1) ngano after a year he is selling the pug? any probable reasons?

2) given the age, will still there be possibility nga makaanak pa ni under me? unsa bang age limit sa usa ka pug in terms of being able to conceive?

3) the price is really cheap, he reasoned out that "wala ng mag-atiman sa ila" mao ng iya na lang ibaligya kay sayangan siya.

i need your valuable impression on the above situation guys...

its cheap bcoz that dog gave only one(1) pup... d many pups d better samot na jud noun kay nagka tiguwang na ang dog, less chances of having many pup... a female pug could have as many as 5 pups..

find another one bai... much better if u could have it as a pup pa lang..

prob ra nako in buying puppy kay baka dili kaayo stable pa ug mamatay ra, sayang...
