Mornings are not just breakfasts. They are meals in full regalia.
I usually start my mornings with a king's banquet --- steaming tinuwang mamsa, with local red chilies on the side; kinilawng tangigue; spare ribs grilled smack over Ponderosa pine charcoal; green mango salad, topped with a spoonful of Mama Inez anchovies; and leche flan to cap it.
Midday lunches can go. A home-made Subway sandwhich is more than enough plus a bottle of Coke.
Evenings have to be in style. Start with a red wine, the Rossis are ok; then bury your finders deep in real Spanish paella, the one flavored with the whole of Atlantic; Or you may grab a medium rare New York cut; back to the wine. Continue with a small talk about the Bangladeshi kous-kous; of course, Rod MacKuen is emoting within a hearing distance. Then cap your evening with small sweet nothings.
Don't kill yourself with fastfoods junks. Live your life to the fullest. Enjoy food to the hilt, enjoy it as if there no tomorrows.
