If a man is a non-believer, then most likely he will think your god has a weakness as a character. So what is the point exactly in not letting non-believers point out the flaws of your beliefs? In order to see a thread where all people say he is 'perfect'? Why? To fool everyone else to think that no-one is questioning your god's supposed perfection?

I dont get the purpose of this thread. The title says "Naa bay weakness ang Dios?" People are saying he is PERFECT, and im ok with that. But i think we are trying to find out if indeed he has weeknesses. Let us not be afraid to debate,discuss and question that. I don't also see the point why one person here is trying to discredit the who does not believe in Him. I think who better to point out these weaknesses than the people who are on outside looking in. Sort of an out of the box view.

No, I never said not do I intend to ever say that I know your god better than you do. In fact, I believe that you know more about your god. Youve been making up your model of a god since you were in school, or since when you've been introduced to the Christian concept of him.

What I know is, you are supposed to be confused of your own model of god. It is so freakishly inconsistent. Oh wait, everything is possible in man's thoughts, right?

I was introduced and was a believer. I just realized I had the choice to question my faith, and I found out my belief was mounted on shaky grounds - if ever there is a ground at all (there isn't).

And that is the god that I was referring to. Yours. The god in your head. The god that you see everywhere. The god that you say is perfect, but the god you betrayed by your own words.

In short, I was questioning the inconsistences of your model of a god. And in this particular topic, the inconsistencies of your beliefs about your god's perfection. Ciaro dili ma gets.

like i said.. we don't make a model of god from our own mind. we believe what is said in the bible. it states there that God is perfect and i recall you ask me that
"is it God who wrote the bible?"

my answer is - physically, it was not God who wrote the bible. it was a human being like us but he was blessed by the Holy Spirit when he wrote the bible. (in case if you don't know, we believe that God is a Holy Trinity namely, God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit.
