We will be cleaning up Buy / Sell in the next few days / weeks starting 9/27/2008. Anyone found using multiple accounts will be banned and infractions will be given to anyone violating our rules. Furthermore, after the cleanup, no one will be allowed to have 3 topics at the first pages at any one time. FYI.

Implementation of "3 Threads on Page 1" Rule will start on 9/28/2008. Every violation will get 2 infraction points and threads will be deleted on sight.

ask lang ko ba, this 3 threads on page 1 only applies to the BSTC only or everywhere? because actually samukan ko sa uban newbies upon getting the rule they can't post sa BSTC yet so then they'll flood other threads closely related to the products/service they're selling!!! unya makadaghan pa jud sige ug up, though given they don't say up/bump ra but just persistent one-liners such as
"guys apil namo ani"
"nindot kaayo ni siya"
"PM me lang"
in less than 24 hours!!!

lets say something online nga business nila, naa ngadto sa business and economics thread ga-sige ug post about PTC sites, samok kaayo. or you're trying to look up computer hardware advices daghan pud ga-advertise... i twice hit the report to mod button, but wala na-actionan i was thinking busy jud mods or basin pwede ra diay to... but i found reports of members here who screencaptured such occurence so pwede ra diay this way of reporting? and they are truly violating the 3 threads in page 1 rule even when not in BSTC? kindly enlighten me thanks
