1. Run gpedit.msc
2. Go to User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System and configure "Prevent access to registry editing tools" to disabled.
3. Run regedit

5. Reboot to Safe Mode.
6. Use anti-virus and spybot and scan your HDD's.
This advice will apply to people who know what they are doing. Registry editing can cause computers to fail.
for OP better go to the forums I mentioned, basically parehara ra sa advise ni jintatsu but at least didto tudluan jud ka unsa mga specific registries imo deleton, kay lisod na pataka ra ka ug delete.
