I converted my old Habagat bag into a something similar to a TAMRAC. I'll post the pics of it soon.
Basically, what I did for those cushioned divisions we see in TAMRAC bags was I cut rectangular pieces of illustration boards, sandwich em between 2 insulating foams, covered em in black fabric, sewed em up (actually my wife did the sewing) then, presto, i now have cushioned divisions. I also did the same for the side cushions. Then I also placed a large piece of illus-board-insulating-foam piece for the back cushion. For the front, I just covered a piece of insulating foam with black fabric. Now I have a TAMBagat camera bag...

If you have assistant working for you, remind them at every project the safety aspect of their work.

part of me was conscious about the risk of the location we were at but neglected to reiterate it to him assuming he remembers all the training i gave him in the past. assuming he was conscious about the dangers himself. my mistake...i should never have assumed...

    ambot...ngdinaghag lang gyud to siya...

2 days ago my assistant who has been working for me for 3 and a half years dropped my brand new lighting system into the pool...as in ahak kaayo kato pa lang nako gamiton, dripping wet and unusable na dayon! 31,000 down the drain...

    yeah big expensive ouch!

his 1100 cellphone went in as well but was easily revived...however my lights were good bye...

still im thankful that the accident happened before the lights were plugged in...else my model who was in the water already would have ended up in the hospital or worse...

di na gyud...coz sa ka ratol niya, he borrowed the high power blower from my stylist in attempt to make things better...he ended up melting the plastic enclosure pretty bad rendering it totally useless and deformed...
