i don't know unsa nang imong Giant UPS kai i have not tried one...pero on my setup...wala ko UPS just AVR(Stancor-servo type ni sya)...if u have an AVR try kung tang2x anang imong UPS...process of elimination lang bro...starting w/ ur UPS...

hehehehe...wala ko katarong ug basa sa imong sikulti sa page 2...but this might seem remote...have u tried changing ur mouse & keyboard(basin naa na stuck diha nga piezo plate sending an indefinite system interrupt call)? Have you tried to disable EIST, C21, Thermal protection, and any other power savings options sa BIOS. And are you OCing at all? ur internet connection wala ra ma disconnect during the freeze? siga pa ang LEDS sa imong network port sa mobo i mean...

Then bro ask ko unsa jud cause anang LOCK UP or total FREEZE, mawala man ang pointer sa mouse bro pero nag light pa cya then di na ma control ang keyboard.

Actually bro ni occur ni 2x pa jud ikaw duha lage pag kadlawn w/c is idle cya kay ako ra gi byaan nag download ko from opera browser. Then ako gi trace sa system management walay traces jud. Then besides kay bag-o rako ga ilis ug cpu cooler ako jud kuhaon ang mobo and some other parts so mao nay latest nako gi buhat newly reformat akong PC sad!

About sa internet naputol ba cya pag lockup murag wala bro sure ko jud wa lang nako ma check if the LAN card still lighting I guess so still lighting! then about sa mouse/keyboard its all new ni bro gikan ni nako gi tangtang...

Mao rana sulod sa PC bro then I dont know if kaya bani sa PSU kay ang mobo alone needs 300w PSU jud. pls help me ug calculate.

i think ang equivalent anang EIST(Intel) is Cool & Quiet(AMD)...there are mobo's that experience "difficulties" context-switching from one processor speed to another...example: kung loaded ang imong system it is running at its full clock speed but if u have EIST or Cool&Quiet set in the BIOS to Enabled, kung wala nai load mo switch ang imong processor to a lower speed to save power...naa mga mobo that in the long run dili na sila maka handle sa frequent context switching...it has something to do with the BIOS & NB voltage regulation(too long/technical to explain here)...mao na mo hangup nalang kalit imong system...one more thing take out the AMD Dual Core Optimizer software...its design was based on the s939 pa...the new AMD procs(AM2) do not need that anymore...kana pud imong Sysgate firewall, nakagamit ko ana sa una...daghan conflicts...i am now using Comodo Firewall & AVAST...puros libre...

Ahh IC ako karon gi buhat bro wa nako gi enable ang cool and quiet ug Qfan sa bios! Then nuun naka install kog dual core optimizer pwede sad ni nako kuhaon.

You have point bro mao ako gi disable ni nga features mas maau mo dagan cya at full speed w/ using that features. Even before I am using free antivirus software and sygate mao sad ako gi gamit pa dont worry Ill modify this.

I have suspected software the name is EVEREST Ultimate Edition Portable gihatag rani sa akong amigo I dont know where ni niya kuhaa. Kay before gud pag load nako ani nga software first hang or lockup niya mao ni cause ug hang then yesterday sad ako sad ni gi enable mao cguro naka cause karon wa nako mag gamit pa.
