This is like a CPP's KARAPATAN. Which is known to people a bias one and consider as traitor group(Because they are pretending that they are human rights advocate, but at the end they found them the human right violator's protectors, the CPP-NPA).

There is a body that will select who is fit for the position. It is the President who will make the final decision out of the recommendation. If the President chose someone she thinks would be good for our Justice System and would be good for her, so be it. Nobody can question the prerogative of the president. Mopili gani ang presidente ug medyo loyalista niya, left and right ang atake. Mopili gani ang Presidente ug medyo kontra sa iyang mga interests like the current SC justice, left and right lang gihapon ang atake.
