Call Center Need

One of my American clients has clarified his Call Center need.

It will start small. I know the training and development is important so I could imagine we might commit to one full-time person on a project I want to do and this could go for months. In this case it would be calling doctors offices, doing some qualification and if a qualified prospects moving them to the next stage; demo, online demo or seminar. Perhaps a second person would do more general campaigns.

Ideally I’d rather have 1-2 dedicated resources that we really investing in and get good results than gear campaigns up and down.

I cannot give any Terms of References from the client as of now. So I need contacts from these small Call Center (am not talking about Convergys, Sykes or People Support) because we only need 1 or 2 dedicated resources.
