Looking for a decent gaming setup. (budget = 30-35k)

Preferences:

S939, Lcd monitor, 1G ram (if possible), 80G hdd.

This is for a friend of mine. Please post products (and prices) that are available here in Cebu.
He wants a setup which can be upgraded in the future.
