    unsaon man gud nga igo raman na sila ga basa ug script thats y gabalik2x ra ilang isulti....sige rag pa check sa wire,reboot ang modem,ping ang gateway...ahayyy..kaklaro anang walay connection....gubaon lang gyud inyong system...

    They are simply lacked of training and knowledge. Poor technical support + poor service = unsatisfied customer.

    Mao gyd.. lack of training and knowledge jd.. kung mgkaproblema nya manawag ko sa ila hotline scripted na ang ipabuhat sa imo.. ipa delete pa ang imo mga cookies og temporary internet files sa imo browser kung dli ka ka net.. hehehe..

    kanang magsige sila pa delete ug cookies ug cache bah kay magcge nlng ko ingon "O", "OO nga!" bisag wala... hehehe samok kau bisag klaro na kaau nga ilang side ang problema.. kana sad ipa update nila ang antivirus.. hayz, aron ingnon naa sila gibuhat..

    I don't know. For me, they seem they're not trained at all. Guess anyone can be a globe tech support these day.s

    and yeah, I don't think they even read call notes. One incident they asked for my number and promised to call me the next day. No one called up so I followed up. again, they asked for my number and i was promised someone would call me during the day. when no one called up, i called them up to follow up again. so here it goes:

    I told the rep i want to speak to a manager. he said he can't. he'll just let the manager contact me and that they had my number. so i asked him to verify my phone number. and you know what happened? those fools didn't even get my phone number right. heck! it wasn't even near my phone number.

    see how untrained and unprofessional they all are?

    Mao gyd.. ngingon ra pd ko "Finished" bsag wla pd koi gbuhat kai klaro na mn sa ila connection ang problem.. wla na mai labot ang browser ana.. hehehe.. Balik2 gyd na nila nga mgdelete og cookies og cache.. hehehe.. wla nuon ko kasuway anang gipa update ko antivirus.. grabeh na pd na.. hehehe..

    Yep.. Maybe they don't undergo training they just read something since scripted na ayo ila ipang ingon.. hehehe..

    Dli mn gali sila kaibw nga nanawag na ka before.. Mao na mka ingon ko scripted kai ibalik na pd to og ingon ang ila gipabuhat before like delete cookies and cache.. hehehe..
