This is the bad side of credit card... hehehe pero kung kahibawo ka magcontrol og magdiscipline sa self
on the proper use of credit card... advantage jud sa imuhang side. Pero kung cge cge ra ka gamit og credit card without analyzing the consequences 3.5% jud ang katapat. hehehe...

wala wui ako gani i got payables amounting to Php 85,000 !just do not accept the demand letters they would send you and ayaw pagulat ana manawag nga collectors bec.they are just 3rd party vendors..keeeber!!!

wala. there is a BSP circular on it esp on rude collection agents. and the law provides that you wouldn't get imprisoned for nonpayment of debts unless if its a tax or because of estafa (there is a criminal intent present in your debt).

besides, the company couldn't force you to pay beyond your financial capacity BUT you would be blacklisted in other credit card companies and it would affect your credit history in cases you would like to avail a loan (personal, housing or car).

hahhahaa i know of several friends of mine na naabot nasad ila ug mga like this na amount even more pero quebs ra gihapon sila. its true, ang collection agencies maoy cge pangullit nimu , kulang nalng bato-on ka sa inyo house para lang dawaton nimu ila demand letter
I have a close friend na lwyer in manila, mukatawa ra lagi na cya kay dghan kuno kaayo sila mga pending cases na credit cards. most of them hundreds of thousands na ang nautang pero it never reached the court kay those people na utangan,. mu declare man sila ug bancruptcy and wala sad silay mga assets like land, car, house etc na g declare, in short wala silay makuha na things from the borrower. matud pa sa ako friend na lawyer, most banks or collection agency, di nalng sila mo pursue ug case in court kay mag gasto gasto lang sila unya the judge will find out na wala silay asset na makuha sa borrower. di man sad nila ma priso ang borrower..paet sad.
mao na hadlokon ka nila or i-harass nalng kay wa man silay mahems if wala gyud ka kwarta.

looy sad diay ang mga companies. pero ana man gyud na sad sila mo sige ug hagad sa clients ug pa utang. ila pa i increase ang credit limit para lang sige ug utang...
