rust problem

I saw a lining of rust color starting to build on the elbow of the exhaust under the car....
whats the best solution for this...how do we treat this....spray wd40 then paint it SILVER??

can anyone recommend a brand name for an anti rust and paint??

Apply Island Rust Converter (available sa True Value Ayala ug Country Mall) using a nylon paint brush. Wait at least 30 minutes before applying another coat and let it dry for another 30minutes to 1 hour.. Mas maayo pentalan nalang pud na nimo ug High temperature paint aron maputos ang surface ug di na mataya pa. Kung ang rust nag sugod sa sulod sa pipe, padulong na gyud na ug kabuslot, gamay nalang ang mahimo sa rust converter pero pwede pa na niya ma delay ang pagkaguba.

Ang rust converter maayo pud sa exhaust headers nga tayaon na (majority sa mga exhaust headers tayaon ra ba gyud), it can stop any taya to further develop by turning iron oxide into a stable compound nga iron phosphate. If you apply the rust converter at night nga di na ka mo byahe, the next morning brand new na ang itsura sa imong exhaust headers ug di na mopadayon pa ug taya provided di na nimo garason ang surface sa metal.

Clean the surface first with water and have it free of grease,oil or dusts. Let it dry before applying the rust converter.

P160+ lang ang usa ka litro. Naay gagmay Turco ang brand, wala lang ko kahibalo pila ang presyo.
