nkabawi tawun ko sa akong mga kasalanan sa office. hehe

the customer did want to talk to my supervisor just to tell him na they should keep an agent like me! haha

my previous project got some problems.
no one knows about that part except me, even the client does not know.
I have to be sent onsite to fix the problem during a holy week.
Then after 2 months I receive an award, kay satisfied daw ang client.
cert + check (got upto 3 awards on that awarding rites.)
