HEY guyz, gud pm. I received an sms from this no 09282742539. I won 950k thru their electronic raffle. PGMA charity foundation...name is ATTY Patricia Tan. I already informed SMART and they could not do anything and asked me to forward this to NTC. but SMART were very prompt saying this is indeed a hoax. I saved the message.
so please be careful....

ya, pero I was tihnking na if the telecoms can be our first line of defense then lower ang incidents sa mailad. since we are buying load or paying post paid plans. dapat cla will be the one to report to NTC and we consumer will be the one to report to specfic telecomms....para sa akoa hassle...they should have stronger policies regarding this... mahulog lng na kalimtan and the scammers will continue to thrive...mura ra gud na cla telemarketer. sa 100 ila textsan, naa gyud cguro ma-ilad maski usa.

sakto jud ka....I emailed na pud smart na they should be the one to report to NTC. anywayz, I am open if they get the said sms since they can have access...Iwill post kng unsa ila reply. but I commend smart for the fast reply.
i also remember one time, if u are a globe landline user, they had network problem last feb. and I got no internet for near a month. I reported to globe and the next month after wa ko naka pay sa broadband...fon lng...ok ra gihapon basta mu reklamo lng.

i dont know about the text scam kng naa latest na-ilad. wa nko kadungog, but the bodle2x daghan pa cguro and i believe they are on the same team...hehehe
