Theres one here in Guadalupe but never tried it its in line with that radio station in M velez , before Cheavers, across that place where you see Old cars. If u do go tell me if its good.

that place is Pansit Malabon express...
unfortunately, the thread starter doesn't like the taste of their noodles...

personally, I find it okay... not very authentic but the taste is good...
