i remember that ang states mosupport sa pinas para mawala na ang terrorism diri sa atoa but ambot ngano nawala to nga issue cguro ang government lang jud ang dili gusto kay mawagtangan silag kapangwartahan or let me say mawagtangan silag negosyo....
dali ra man jud siya nga problema ba if dili lang jud selfishness(pagpangurakot) ang ipairal..
same gud sa states diba wala molast ug dugay ang ilang gubat sa iraq.... ing atoon gud nila... kani man gud sila magpasikat, kung makadakot ug usa pasagdaan daun ang uban... unsaon man pagkahuman kung usa ray ila na dakpan like kana ilang dakpon ang leader kunohay. naa gud nay mga followers so magselect jud to sila ug new nga leader.... mura ra sad gud sa pinas kung mawala na ang presidente diba magelection daun for new leader....

Rodents caused 6th ID ammo dump fire - INQUIRER.net, Philippine News for Filipinos

MANILA, Philippines -- The military has ruled out sabotage and blamed rodents for the fire that struck a magazine of old ammunition at Camp Sionco, headquarters of the Army’s Infantry 6th Division’s headquarters in Awang, Maguindanao Friday.

“There was no sabotage. The place is guarded and any intrusion by any unauthorized person would be noticed by the guards, who are positioned some 20 meters away from the facility,” Army chief Lieutenant General Victor Ibrado said, explaining the blaze that struck Ammunition Dump #3 or “Magazine 3,” which stored old 60mm and 81mm mortar rounds.

Citing the report of the investigating team composed of the division’s Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit and Cotabato City Fire Department, Ibrado said that rodents living in the stock house caused the chemicals to react and to ignite.

“Their initial findings showed that the investigators found a lot of rodent droppings in the area, so these creatures might have gnawed up propellant charges and exposed the chemicals to natural elements, causing a chemical reaction and eventually the fire,” Ibrado said.

Ibrado said the caretakers of the burned-down facility may be held liable for the fire since they did not prevent rodents from invading the stock house.

In a separate statement, Armed Forces of the Philippines spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Ernesto Torres, Jr. said that the lack of ventilation could have led to a rise in temperature inside the magazine and triggered a chemical reaction.

Citing the testimonies of guards on duty Friday morning, Torres said at around 4:20 a.m. Friday, a whistling sound was heard, followed by a bright light coming from Magazine 3 and, finally, simultaneous and successive loud explosions.

Aside from old mortar rounds, propellant charges, fuses, and primers for 105mm and 155mm howitzers were also lost in the fire, Torres said.

Aside from razing Magazine 3, the fire also damaged the roofs of adjacent ammunition stock houses, Torres said. Damage was estimated at P10 million.

Torres said the military campaign against Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) units accused of attacking civilian communities in central Midnanao last August will not be affected since the 16th Field Artillery Battalion has sufficient ammunition.
