this is because of the 1 month advance/deposit. 1 month advance/deposit + prorated amount from installation to cut-off mao na niabot ug P1,300.00Originally Posted by aljoriz

I think it was the pro-rate fee for first time subscriber. Similar as all other telecom.Originally Posted by aljoriz
Lets put pldt landline for example. When you first apply for PLDT landline and your line was connected October 18. When you get your first bill on november, you will be paying the monthly fee plus the pro-rated fee from October 19 up to the billing cut-off date. So if the billing cut-off date is November 5, then the pro-rate fee is calculated from October 19-november 5.
That is a normal fee for all telecom services.
yes, the bill are prorated. Rhee explained it properly.
Aljoriz, what modem are you using? is it Speedtouch 330?
yes 330 and I was able to install it without any hitch when my pc was hit by a spy ware.. I had to partition the drive.
Anyway I'm content with the speed that globe has given. Plus a thread like this is good btw globelines seems to be upgrading their system so any password changes has to take effect after 24hrs.
