@jntio: ako na xa na restore to its original settings but stil,same ra japon.dli gud ko mka receiv ug msgs and mka send or open any file ky 0 na jud ang free memory sa ako phone.but ang ako memory card ky no problem lang.

you can try this, aron di ka mo gasto. Back up your files first mga contacts, pics, audio, mga scandal, ug uban pa mga malalang mananap.

Have you tried *#7370# as a reset, you will need to back up all personal things first i think, contacts, phone memory etc.

OR

Hard format make sure battery is full press (3 + * + green button) then power.

It's normal for nokia phones. Installed any of task manager that suit your phone model than close application that is running except system file. 4 example u open a pdf file on ur phone and it stated low memory, either u check the running apps n close em or if it doesn't work the file u were trying to open is to large. I suggest below 1.9Mb files only can be open. Thats all i can help u with.
