if you were a girl, i would say wear high heels.... if you were a boy, paglakaw lang nga magkinto joke joke lang ha... bitaw, try wearing clothes that would make you look tall... kanang maka- pa deceive sa eyes sa nagtan-aw nimo example, sul-ob ba ka ug wertical stripes nga shirts, or yung cut sa pants pa vertical ang cut... and don't wear too much long sleeves coz it may make you look short... and most important of all exude a sense of self-confidence... people who are confident would feel really tall no matter how short they are... i didn't mean maghinambog ha...

and if you have a lot of money, you could always opt for limb lengthening....

You need to have the genes of a tall person. If your under 16, you still have a chance to grow a little taller. Growing should start at the age of 3 and the more you eat "GROW" foods while you're young, the more you have the chance to grow. There are also exercises and activities that makes your taller, like stretching and jumping and spiking, etc. These are activities which requires dedication and hard work. Coupled with eating nutritious food, you will not be able to notice how your height just grow taller than the rest. But if you don't have those, all you need to grow is your hair, your brain, your talent, and your total personality.

who's asking the book?

i can only give you a photocopy of it.. it's quite helpful...no matter what genes you inhirit.. it just teaches how to reach your maximum growth potential, and it's natural.. everyone has a potential to grow taller, because most of us didn't actually reach or maximum height... know why from this book... if u want an orig copy, buy it from grow-taller.com. as for me... even i dont follw it religiously kay tapulan man... at least i gained 3/4 inch of my age 24. soon i'll find time for it kay kuwang pa...hehehe...

1st MOVE:
milk, vitamins with chlorella & B1, B6, B12, sleep aligns your spine and stimulates growth, stretching exercises (there are books for this), rest & the big M, hehe!!
