in our case, we are not totally force to learn C#, but we are encourage , early next year baka under .NET project na ako but specific customer lang. ung mga long time customer na namin.... we still able to ride .NET applications, under C++ and Python. mas madali ang C++ namin because of our built libraries, while in C# sometimes we call our consultants regarding C# modules, kc maraming proposals ang MS ngayon changes to C#3.0 and the next possible release, but currently we are using C#2.0 here... its known to history with this backward compatibility Microsoft used to promise LOL… pangakong napako!

I don’t believe that freshmen would have a lesser salary, ok, it’s the fact, that it used to be like this, but in my part, right before I graduate I was working already at Keppel Philippines Marine, considering hindi pa ako graduate, I used to get (Take home ) PHP10K-15K lang, depende if my OT…. Plus some sidelines, kaya ok lang… after exactly 1 year, I got some nice offer to work outside the country, considering that I’m still a fresh grad that time… lowest take home is $3000 a month… not bad… at my age, and experience, and I don’t have knowledge about C# hehehehe… but I truly kick some ass in C / C++, I used to be the youngest, pero hindi na ngayon, meron from china who is 19 years old LOL… he had a remarkable skills in C# a lot of them anyway, but the rate in terms of cash, is different, too many C# developers the price may gone too low also…

I don’t know sa US countries like bryanarzaga and silent-kill, earning bucks of $$$ lalo na ngayon tumaas ang US dollar hehehehe… 49 na kahapon, parang nag OT ng isang buwan. Hehehe
I got some offers in Netherlands, at masasabi ko talaga na anyone would not refuse the offer, I still don’t know the lifestyle there… ang alam ko lang, malaki masyado ang TAX… anyway, I’m still planning to go back pa sa pinas, gusto na magpapakasal itong kaakibat ko sa buhay…amfff… pero ok lang, so we ca worked together somewhere. Ikaw bryanarzaga Kelan ba? Ninong ako

sad fact that most of the companies don't easily hired freshmen just imagine the numbers of graduates each semester? imagine how many jobless professionals are there every year.... growing numbers.... who's to blame? government's economy? or the person itself?

based on my personal experience... companies now a days are so aggressive in acquiring graduates from the IT or CS courses... ang uban gani kay mag part time maestro pa aron makita jd nila ang mga possible students na ila i hire...
Dude, thats before the darn financial crisis. Daghan ko kaila sa gawas na maayo kaayo, natangtang gihapon sila this month.
