i worked for 1&1 for 2 years+ and wala jud ko ga mahay or reklamo sa sweldo kay wala jud lain call center na job nga ingani ka lingaw (learn a lot while taking calls) and ka relax (compared sa mga high paying call center jobs here sa Cebu). also, dili man jud ni sya call center natawag ra ni sya ug call center coz people provide tech support over the phone. nakalahi lang ani, whoever works here is directly hired by 1&1 Internet (lahi sa etel, sykes, convergys, etc kay by account man na ilaha).

So kamo mga interesado maka learn about websites (html, other scripting languages, servers, and a bit of server administration), then this job is for you.
