    Huh?? Hahaha---(geez..)

    heheh depende man tingali na sa inyong criteria kng unsa ang best cities noh
    naa ko na kit-an, iyang criterias are
    Social environment:
    Religious environment:
    Political environment:
    Financial environment:

    naa sad lain na ang ilang criteria are
    LIFE STAGES
    * Singles: 25-29
    * Mid-Professionals: Married, no kids, or single, 30-44
    * Families: Married, with kids, through 64
    * Empty Nesters: Married, no kids or single 45-64
    * Retirees: 65 or above
    COST OF LIVING
    For specific life-stage groups, these cost factors were weighted more heavily:
    * For singles: rental affordability (rental costs as a percent of household income)
    * For mid-professionals: home ownership affordability (home costs as a percent of household income)
    * For families: overall cost-of-living index.
    * For empty nesters: overall cost-of-living index
    * For retirees: health-care cost index
    LIFESTYLE FACTORS
    In addition, there were other lifestyle factors that were given extra consideration.
    * For singles: The "bohemian index" and food/drink dstablishments per capita. The Bohemian indicator shows the oncentration of writers, designers, musicians, actors and other arts-related workers, and is a measure of on area's diversity and cultural amenities.
    * For mid professionals: average commute time and creative class wage growth
    * For families: crime rate and student/teacher ratio
    * For empty nesters: performing arts employees per capita and golf courses/marinas per capita
    * For retirees: crime rate and physicians per capita

    base ani na mga criterias asa kaha naka labaw ang davao compared sa cebu?

    We're not really targeting it, we're simply living it. Probably it would take a Dabawenyo to know why, maybe it's not surprising why others didn't get it as we have also traveled to your cities and are aware of your citations. We have cited our views and that's it and we're not interested in insisting either. We leave it to that, so take it or leave it. But despite what other cities claimed they have achieved or have tried to underrate the Davao that we know, I dunno it's just so differently unique here to compare with, maybe it's due to the 'breathtaking beauty' as the expats say it, maybe it's the feeling of safety and comforts our mayor has pampered us, or maybe the shrill of the eagle, maybe it's the taste of durian that only jaded palates can appreciate, maybe with the mysterious beauty of waling-waling, or the inspiration that one's fellows are also concerned with nurturing the Davao environment, maybe it's the sound of gongs and cymbals that reverberate through the centuries, or perhaps simply the sweet waters that we drink daily. Maybe it takes an individual who has truly discovered his being Dabawenyo, or those visitors who know how to appreciate sincerely, maybe it takes certain kinds of people, to know the reasons why...
