Also what interest me is how Davao are responding like the "911" in the US? do they have fire trucks and police cars and ambulance responding to any emergency too? how does Davao implemented this "911" like support to the community? do they that every unit in every barangay? are they effective to be called and can claim like a "911" network?

Also "Asia's 5th best in Human Resource next only to Melbourne, Singapore, Hongkong and Taipei." so most OFW who are in tech or medical fields are from Davao and the domestic helpers, seamen and carpenters from from the other cities? how do you quantify this claim that people from Davao are Asia's 5th best in Human Resource but not the rest of the professional people from other cities in the Philippines?

My aunt who came from the US could attest the high quality of water particularly in Dumoy where water for the downtown and 3rd district of the city are sourced, when she brought a very sensitive water tester with her. Most of the commercial bottled water she tested posted dismal result as the waters turned yellow upon testing. She was amazed when water taken from flowing communal source in Dumoy was tested with bluish results that proved its very high quality.

911 in Davao is very efficient as I had experienced it. Sa lugar man gud diri Toril south of downtown daghan mga panuway. In our street when those notorius neighbors would cause commotion I would call the 911 and in just a few minutes the police would imediately respond. When in Davao your cellphone will become a very powerful tool in deterring crime and Dabawenyos know it, that's why crime here is kept at minimal. You can virtually report and request assistance to anything emergency and they immediately respond professionaly. Just don't mistake of making prank calls or they will trace it and who knows even the good mayor will call you. Davao's 911 is patterned after the computerized emergency dispatch system of the US and Canada and coordinated with the local electrical company for easy coordination of location and supported with facilities such as ambulance and K9.

The Human Resource issue was the result conducted by the AsiaBiz survey and in fact Cebu had made good records on other aspects. However I consider the Human Resource ranking a very important factor as it is the people that comprise the characteristic of a city. With regards to how the survey is quantified, your concern will be best addressed by them.

That's your opinion, but be assured others also have theirs and even prefer factual basis and convincing experience other than just cold concrete, materialistic pleasures and overcrowded streets. Cebu sure has good things to share and so do other cities but be assured again that what you insist is definitely not on other people's minds who have wider perspectives.

Kataw-anan, you actually seem to be illusioning that Cebu is the center of the country, it turned out you suffer the odious complex of that ugly term similar to imperial manila. Even Boholanos accuse you of that. Gakaon ra ka sa imong mga pulong. Now you're illusioning in your dreams haha.

You can say Cebu is best for you, that's nice but don't force others to see it that way when they're not even convinced it met the basic standards of criteria what's best for them, kataw-an ka lang especially to those who have solid facts and sound experience.

With a city having the best of both worlds of a bustling cosmopolitan, clean, not crime-infested, civilized, highly competitive yet less stressful urbanity and with its vastness a very promising future to be inspired ahead, and nature's breathtaking beauty right at her backyard and doorstep from highlands to islands, many will consider clean and green Davao City as the best for them.
