CAT 6 commonly refers to the cable. RJ-45 is the connector that can be used both for CAT 5 and CAT 6.
The one posted by ChaosOrb is for the shielded type of cable, as you see in the pic the cable is STP (shielded twisted pair) but you can use it also for the UTP cables. lig-on siya kay naa man metal which is intended for the shield.
