    @ istoryaaah

bai, thanks for sharing. Dako na kaayo na ug naikatabang namo. When i started this thread I was hoping to know more about philwebservices since appealing mn ila ads na gi post sa newspaper. And against the advice of fellow istoryans, nipadayon gihapon kog apply, and ni undergo jud ko sa training. But sakto jud ni tnan ila gi share, apply at your own risk. Samot pa kay when i asked them about Health Benefits, they said "we are working on it" pa daw. tarong ba gd na. i guess kung makurentihan ka dihag kalit, or maligsan sa highway, sorry nalang.

Nanggawas najud tawn ang true colors ani na company from ex employees. Mayra jud wala nako nipadayon.

Bisan tinali ug entry level ra ta, or fresh grad palang, we deserve better treatment and respect. And there are companies that do provide greater compensation and employment packages even for the inexperienced. Di kay pakapoy kapoyon lng tag train unya i- itsa pwera rakag kalit without even giving us an appropriate notice and the promised allowance for all our efforts. But i guess it wouldn't come as a surprise, wla mn gani nila taronga ug dala ilang employees nga nagdugay na, samot na kaha ang mga newbies.

So na enlighten na gyud diay ka bai.. hahaha honestly lang bai.... wala pa ni naka 1/2 or even naka 1/4 man lang nga anti philweb nga ni post ngari ang uban kay nagpakahilom nalang kay tungod when they hear philweb maka remember sila sa ilang mga frustration og ang sayang nga oras og dedication nga ilang gihatag did2. Kahibaw ka bai unsa usa na naka bati ngari nga company kay ang tag iya mismo ang problema ani nga company... sorry no hurt feelings just saying what most frustrated employees experience there.

HINT: "Love Yourself" if love nimo imong kaugalingon... wala ka sa philweb.. kay if naka diha your just like punishing yourself.... mag antos ka diha... sa kahuot sa imong dughan kay politics run that company...

I should have reviewed the feedback before engaging the services of PHILWEB, I am very disappointed with their Customer Care, I dont think they have one... I do not advise anyone who wishes to maintain a website to avail of PHILWEB services. Imagine, just to give you an idea of how they work, they email notifications of payment to email addresses not related to their client, then when you ask for them to courier or snail- mail, they answer, client has to pay for snail mail, if thats not bad enough, they say a billing notice is not a legal document and does not need to be mailed! wow!

I agree that PHILWEB is the worst ever service provider, just read their reply:they emailed to an email not connected with us, their client, the email address on record was not the one they emailed! i dont think they even read their own records because in their records, the contact email they have was different from the person they actually emailed and even when they were caught wrote this:

    Ma'am,

Kindly find attached copy of the screenshot of the WHM, the control panel for all our hosting accounts.
Entries are made for every new account. I think you would agree with me that those email addresses were not
produced out of thin air, as you have recognized it to be that of your developers. These were the email
addresses indicated when the account was created.

Please understand that we manage close to a thousand accounts, handling numerous inquiries and orders every
single day. We do not keep tabs on the changes on the management of our clients' website nor do we make any
assumptions. It has been our protocol to only send out account and billing information to the registered addresses.
