Of course, it's a case to case situation but if we are talking in generalities, men are more commitment phobic and more prone to stray than women. In a US study of about 4 thousand men, it was found out that men with higher levels of testosterone were more commitment-phobic. Generally, men with lower levels of the hormone are calmer, less aggressive, more cooperative. Another hormone that might have something to do with a guy's wandering eye is the hormone vasopressin.
