@werty: What was your actual experience? Was there something wrong with the compound? Was it the price? If you can pinpoint exactly what was wrong so we can do something about it.

@migzz: What did we do that made you say we took advantage of their innocence, please be more clear?

@IAN: Maulagi nindut ta gyud to bai, busy lang gyud kaayo sige pamaligya sa amung mga software gud

As denice mentioned: We offered a mother board to evotyper which suited his specs but price was a problem, then my staff recommeded a board which we had which was cheaper but the problem was the drivers were lost already. We explained to him that wouldnt be a problem too because the drivers that came with the box or all obsolete anyway and he would still need to download the latest drivers from the interent and we would do that for him if opted to get that "Cheaper" board which he did. I dont really see how you can force a guy to buy something when the actual buying is done by the customer himself. We did no threaten him, held him at gunpoint, steal his wallet or anything we simply gave our honest to gooness recommendations.

FYI: All motherboards, video cards and most devices that come with drivers almost always have obsolete drivers. Newer are always availabel from the site, ive never ever installed a driver that came out of the box and we also do that to most of our clients PC's to make sure they have a more stable and updated system which for me is how it should always be done but if you think this is wrong please feel to let us know so we will just install the drivers that came with the board, it will save us a lot of time anyway.

As for JasperTangs situation: I found out that he was inquiring about bulk pricing which means that if you buy a lot pieces of a single item you get a special discount. I think ive explained everything I can about pricing in my post above. If you think the price isnt good enought then dont buy from that shop. We did not force you to buy. There are so many factors that could have lead to that situation. Like I said, please read my post above for our explanation on pricing.

To those who will or planning to complain please be more specific on what happend, which product, and if possible post actualy names of my staff responsible if you can remember them so we can investigate the situation and clarify and correct the matter if necessary, right away.

I have to agree with bald_charma. If its something about the price lang nga naglahi from the post here sa istorya, I would bring it up with the management of the company. As long as wala paka kaplit I dont think I would consider it as a drastic degredation to the company's service. That is just my honest opinion.

You also mentioned Jaspertang that it could be our modus operandi to attract customers, why would we need to do that when I am 100% sure the customer wont buy the item if there are price discrepancies, unless of course the discrepancy lead to a price decrease Im sure I wouldnt be hearing a complain.

Again: Please call first to check for the updated price. that is the easiest and quickest way. If you are busy, then give us your number by sending me a PM and we will call you.

Also Jaspertang, through my further investigation on your complain, you were inquiring about buying a cold cathode light. We gave you a special price of P280.00 On the phone because you asked for a price nga what if daghan imung kwaon. When you came here you asked for the price of the item without mentioning anything about you calling earlier, you just asked for the price of the item, and we gave it at P320.00. Then you talked to my technician and asked why there was a price difference and he told you to please talk to the sales person in charge. But you didnt talk to her to explain that you were the one who wanted to buy in bulk. I recommend that next time please talk to us and we will hear you out. This is clearly a matter of miscommunication. If you have mentioned that you were the one who called days earlier then you would have gotten your bulk discount for a bulk purchase. To us you were just a new walkin customer inquiring about 1 item for a single purchase. We hope you would consider the entire situation before judging us.

@Vino Kid: Sorry we only have 1 branch here in Cebu pa. Where are you from?
