i depends sa callcenter. the top call centers with bigger accounts therefore "stricter" clients, stressful gyud. no offense intended, but sa mga mayukmok na call centers, i know for a fact nga easy2x lang ang mga agents.

medyo, kung lisod ang account pero madala ra especially kung laag-laag with the team na..hehe

It's all about having a positive attitude and your perception of the job. If you think it's hard and just see the negative, then it is hard. If you look for the positive things about the job and work on handling the negative, then it isn't so hard after all.

It's just the same effort and time you put into a regular work job, only the schedules are not fixed, and you get a higher pay

nope.for me its one the easiest jobs around.

for me kapy but it's not hard ky malingaw ra ko sa ako work. Dli mn pud ko stressed..istorya pirmi buhaton gd, lingaw jud!
