    I think you mean ROYAL ICING

    INGREDIENTS:
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered egg white
    • 1/4 cup warm water
    • Pinch cream of tartar
    • 2 cups (1/2 pound) confectioners' sugar
    PROCEDURE:
    In electric mixer fitted with whisk attachment, beat powdered egg white, water, and crème of tartar until combined. Add confectioners sugar and beat at medium speed until combined. Increase speed to high and beat until icing is thick and glossy, about 5 minutes. Add more water if needed to thin to desired consistency.
    Use immediately or store icing in covered plastic container and rebeat before using.

    Hello! I am Jesuit Nugas and I am inviting everybody to attend my demo class on Sugar Free Desserts at Caro and Marie this coming Thursday, November 21, 2008. Recipes are the following: Mochamisu (Mocha Tiramisu), Chocolate Mousse Cake with Chocolate Ganache, Almond Sansrival, Vanilla Pannacotta with Chcolate Frangelico Sauce, Fudge Walnut Brownies and Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies. Yes, believe it or not, all these will be in their sugar free versions. Tuition fee is P950 which includes ingredients, handouts and samples of the baked products. See you!
