Dela Paz has a lot of explaining to do. it was found out that the money wasn't withrawed just before their Russia trip. if u r going to bring a contingency fund for that trip, it is but natural for somebody to withdraw the needed amount at least 1-2 weeks in advance, in lump sum. But no, it was found out that piece by piece, slowly by slowly, by the $5t to $10t, they've been changing money from a moneychanger shop since this early August pa until such that 105t euros (P7M) amt was accumulated accdg to the moneychanger's records.

and it was also found out that when Dela Paz and his wife were caught in the Russian airport w/ the bag of money, they were in fact not yet going home to the Phils but has a flight schedule for Warsaw, Poland. A sidetrip...
