They are accepting reservations this time, usually they give the clients 18 months for turn over of units....this project have 20 plus units only so this will be complete i guess in a year or 2 (as what i observed in their previous projects!)

yes available pa ang townhouses, pwede pagibig but dako ang equity...37% ang equity sa commonwealth for pagibig, so 63% ra imo ma loan for pagibig!
