Vista and Internet Connection

Hello.

I recently upgraded to Vista and noticed that whenever I use uTorrent, download for a little while and close it after a minute, I try to browse using Firefox and IE7 and unfortunately, it does not load a page. This problem can be resolved by restarting the PC. But, I don't want to restart everytime that happens.

What may be the cause of this?

torrents use bandwidths as any other downloads, but torrents also use your upload bandwidth.. when you are using all your bandwidths, that's what happens.. you don't expect extra bandwidth to come magically, do you?

limit your upload/download when downloading torrents especially if your subscribed speed is 384kbps or somewhere around that..

Nakasuway nako ani, gikaon tanan bandwidth nmo sa uTorrent. As c_cebrecus has said, limit lng jud sa imong upload and download speed, para dili mahurot ang imong bandwidth.

Ahhhhh..pero I close baya nako ang uTorrent, dili diay na mubalik ang bandwidth?

make sure you have your torrent client properly port forwarded. Like any software using certain ports, it has to be configured properly. And Yes, like what the guys said, control bandwidth usage.
