Mga sirs,
I have t's and scorps and i am planning to get more... however, i am quite hesitant about
the legality of this hobby... do we need to have permits in order to enjoy these inverts?
If i will buy sa petshop do i have to ask for the papers? or even receipts reflecting the
species i bought?

I am seeing that this hobby will become big here in cebu... sooner... how can we protect
ourselves (as hobbyist) from kotong later on.

It might come na one day naa tay mabalitaan na naay gi raid na hobbyist.

I would like to get your opinions and the possible action plans not only for me but for
all the hobbyists.

actually the big issue is how it is brought in. most of the time it misdeclared. thats the big problem since the arachnid hobby is still growing so its not that big yet dli pa kyo bantayan sa proper authorities.. though wla paman kay clear impact pud sa ecosystem ang t's aside sa florida na nuisance na b.vagans did2.... mao na dli kayo big issue as of know wla man studies kay mahal2x bya pud so i think hobbiest here wont thnk abt releasing them.

but PTSS members have their t's registered for A fee sa government kay naa man cla agreement.. so they actually help you out.. but if you import it thats a whole different thing..as long dli ka mo import you would be ok dli ka mahdalok sa raid..
dli ni cya ma compare sa birds ug fishes,REPTILES .. kay lahi ra kayo...

ako lng advice be cautious and under the radar esp. sa public forums.... dha man cla kuha ug tips ang authorities.. dha sa ppf rampant kayo kay lad2x man ila pamaligya dha rasab kuhaon ang info nila sa authorities naa pud uban dha ma contact para ma interview sa abs ug gma heehheh

PERO nako nabasahan one country I forgot is checking now ppol who are shipping inverts... and slowly bantayan nila... US bato or UK
