Not yet it won't. A lot of people can't afford to buy e-book devices; so don't forget to give your books away to the soon-to-be less-privileged once you get yours. You will won't you?

Mag-spend ko at least 8 hours per day in front of the computer (work and home) but kung book, preferred ko pa rin kung paper. I'm not complaining na mas lisod mag read sa computer, preference lang talaga. Iba yung feel and smell ng paper. Not to mention kung makatuog ko ug bisag mapiit o mabutangan ug laway, ok ra. hehe Not until mas practical ang eBook over a book in all cases. At that point, murag collector's item na tingali ang paper books.

my dad was a die hard reader of any hardcopy reading material, from newspapers to novels to magazines, of any topic walay pili. bright lagi kaayo. i pity his effort in all these years he tried to built his little library coz how he wanted to share the Reading Experience to the people coz my eldest sister a week after he passed away just had all the books thrown away. my cousins and i desperately saved some in his memory and painfully gave some to schools. Painful because not only the sentimental value those books have with me but Reading Books were like are joyful journey for me as a kid and taught me alot. I prolly wouldn't have been as learned as I am now had I didn't develop the love of Reading. Unya my sis just simply justified it by arguing 'sus, naa na bitaw ebooks'

Why do people keep referring to a "computer monitor" or "computer screen" when they describe their dislike for reading ebooks, when pila na ko ka times nag post diri, nga in the coming ebooks, dili man computer monitor imong tan-awon, but a surface similar to the paper in the pages of a regular book? Will you still THEN say nga uncomfortable siya? I honestly don't get it.

I hope not! I love the smell of old, dusty library books. But I admit I've been salivating over Amazon's Kindle for a long time now. Unfortunately, I can't afford it.
