What is the best yet budget Color laser printer available for purchase in Cebu or Manila, preferably Cebu so that I can avail of warranty whenever broken. Secondly, which company sells budget toners for these color laser printers? I've been using a mono-laser printer lately and so far it is somewhat impressive. still testing their "3000 pages" guarantee. but if the savings are in fact very high, I might consider buying a colour laser printer as well seeing as it will save me tens of thousands a year in ink purchase costs.

go for toners. you can print more than laser printers and inkjets. if you want the other way around try CISS. very economical.
