i got an infraction. and i think its too shallow. i posted "down with the seller. how muchare you selling it?" to converse with a recent post "up with the seller" because somebody is bumping the thread as Up when in fact there is not even a posted price. its forum rules (your rules) to have a posted price and just by asking for a price i was the one who got the infraction? its not that i didnt ask nicely its was just to counter the Up that is why is said down. it wasn't an insult in my vocabulary but if you think it is then be it. i just think its too shallow and it was a long time ago. didnt mean to rant in this post but i just want to say what i think. thanks.

im not insisting that you take away my infraction. its the least of my worries. im just airing my side that i am not insulting anyone. how would you feel if somebody acused you of the same? saying "post price please" politely and saying "down with the seller" as to converse with the "up with the seller" post may be different but neither one of them is an insult. degrading someone is just something i cannot just take lightly. i know you guys have rules and ever since iv been trying to follow them. i post price on every item that i sell. i never crapped on threads. iv been a very reasonable seller and buyer. i was schooled and raised by my parents knowing not to degrade people.

yes i did pm you with those lines and i posted it here because u posted it here also. and i know i posted here first and that is because i think this is the right place to do so. again im posting here to converse with your post again. whats confusing about that? and whats off topic about it? i did gave a very simple explanation sir just like what u said and ms d'monyita said. and what did i get in return.. another infraction for an off-topic post. if this is off topic where can i converse back? i was just replying again as much as the last time. the posts on this thread deals with the current buy and sell clean up and i think it was not an off topic post because a lot of people are airing their side here on their infractions. some post on this thread even encouraged members to air out their insights about the clean up. the length of this thread is because members here seek clarification from the new rules and the new infraction system. that is what i did i air out my side that i feel i was some sort of a victim of some power trip by a moderator. i know i cant win in this situation because im just a regular member and u can give me infractions/mute/ban as you wish but this is no contest. just wanted to say what i feel. i have already accepted the insult infraction but this time an off topic post? what do u expect me to do? create a thread titled "raddiboy vs miel"? u said all u wanted was a simple explanation and this what this is. even though u didnt give me one. u just slammed an off topic infraction and u said "thats all...". we are all humans here bro/sis Originally Posted by raddiboy
