whatever the prblems or trouble they have at work and home.. they should not bring it or show it to clients... if gisapot sila dili dapat mag mug ot or mag sapot2x or mag minaldita.. thats part of their job to keep their client and fulfill what they promise which is excellent service... they should handle clients with a happy, accomodating smile. They should not look down people who are rugged.. experienced na nako langay langayon ta abi kurangot ta.. but don't be affected kay ma highblood ra ka.. complain dayon to the right person.
ako, consistently maldita mga teller sa BDO whatever branch sa Manila dili diri sa Cebu thank goodness... akong hatest man gud if you ask politely and they'll retort like as if you're stupid or something...kalagot... if they're having a bad day di dapat sila magdamay sa ilang customers noh... kung nagminaldita ko pangutana kana kasabot ko if magmaldita sila in return but its a different story if you're asking in friendly manner... common courtesy na lang unta bah
