Its all right for me to receive only a greeting on that day but it would be nice if we could dine out, have some special moment together, or something that's extra ordinary thing to do on that special day.
I remembered one time, it was our 6th monthsary, my bf had his vacation. I was expecting him to arrive 3 days after our monthsary. He even called me up & greeted me in advance the night before the monthsary for he can't be with me that day. The following day, i was surprised for he was there at home waiting for me when i arrived that day. He prepared a dinner for 2. Guess what? He was the one who cooked our dinner & prepared a lovely table for us. It was awesome! :o
He also gave me a pouch gem stones of different shapes & colors, (pasalubong daw gikan Thailand). He lay them on the table forming a message I LOVE U. It was so romantic of him that made me drop a tear or two out of happiness..![]()

astig!!
motel motel motel lagi ... na unsa man intawn mo uie
hehehe... mura dili naman na special ang motel karon. not unless if sa marco polo nimo echeck-in. or go somewhere else na wala pa ninyo naadtuan with-in cebu or any unusual place. it doesn't need to be expensive and bongasiouse ang imong gifts or surprises whats more important is kinasingkasing nimo pagkahatag.
Be creative lagi. Pagda ug usa ka lata ug whipped cream or usa ka garapon ug honey. hehehe
Seriously though, di important ang presyo sa item. Pinaka-effective kung naay at least one of the three: creativity, obvious effort, and uniqueness. Kung pwede all three then jackpot ka.
A suggestion, this takes a bit of planning but to all the guys I know who were able to pull it off, they were smiling for weeks. This only works on the first monthsary...
Buy lots of something she really likes or appreciate. This should be something cheap (otherwise you risk breaking your budget.) If you can't think of anything, flowers will do. Get several dozen, kahit kanang gikan sa carbon basta fresh ug nindot. Then, ask help from her friends or if you're close, from her parents. Get them to help you place all the stuff in her room (or office cubicle if allowed) when she's not there. Then before she goes home, give her one single flower with the note, "For our first monthsary". She'll usually think... ay, usa ra ka flower... And when she goes into her room.... she sees all the flowers with a note in the middle that says "And for many more to come". For added drama, you could wait by the gate or entrance ng bahay. When she exits to thank you... pwedeng pang Star Cinema. hehehe
for me okay ra wla.. ehhe kay kalimtanon kaayo ko ug dates ahahahah sory!!!
