    exercise religiously,cut (dnt omit kay our body needs it)down your carbs and sweets and drink 2 to 3 big glass of water before you eat in that way you will feel full na so less intake.

    I used to weigh 190lbs 2 months ago, I went to an obgyne and was told i have hormonal imbalance. I was treated and had exercise as well. now im down to 140....still try to lose till i reach my goal of 115lbs.

    guys have u heard zhen de shou? this is a slimming pill whic can eliminate ur fats,as early as 7 days effectivity...but after taking that as usual u have to maintain it by eating right and exercising...

    Ako, one half cup of rice every meal.

    Do this gradually. I started 1 cup per meal 8 years ago. Then random 1 half cup about 2 years ago. Then this year, halos 1/2 na every meal.

    I noticed my belly got trimmer. I can use size 29 pants. When i was a teenager i used size 28.
